Please cut the music to fit the movie

The animation is okay but the pace is a bit too quick. Moreover, please cut off the music before the movie loops again.

Nice animation but flawed storytelling

These are many things this Flash movie does right, and there are many things it does wrong. There's a good visual style, great animation for the tree, an interesting story and a great device by making the user skip forward to the next scene. But the story is a bit flawed in one aspect. The tree does all the movement, and all the humans misdeeds are only vaguely referred to. It gives the impression that the tree is crazy and attacking people for no reason, although I suppose if that were the case, this animation would be entitled "The Maniacal Tree." It is also a flaw visually, because the tree is the only thing that really moves.

This is good for being made in a day, but I'd rather wait a week, a month, or even a year for a great product than a good one.

Yeah, this was a test movie for the whole series. Dont worry I'm think real big for this series, so I will be putting more and more effort in the story and the visuals. Thank you for the comments

I loved the style and animation. Frame by frame is hard but this result is worth it. I also see the shading you did which must have taken forever. The music is of great quality. It's a good start. Now let me see what you're going to do with it.

It's okay...

The graphics need a little work, and the sound could be greatly improved in terms of quality. But the story gave me a chuckle and I could see where you labored on it. Right now it's average. It just needs some polishing to be good.

Fairly Good Flash

You know, this Flash is actually pretty good. There are some flaws, of course, but the story is wacky in a good way, the graphics are nice and it was clear effort and time was put into this piece.

Overload

This Flash clearly took a lot of hard work, and it shows in the final product. The visuals were great, the fights well choreographed and the sound as good as you could get for its length. But therein lies the problem with this Flash. It is inexcusably long and at times borders on overkill. While I appreciate the options to skip the logo and introduction, the problem is these very things are simply too stretched out to begin with. It would have been better to divide this movie further into different files, especially since you have the scenes broken up already.

The other problem is too much action. More specifically the pacing is almost completely nonexistent. There needs to be some rest in between each sequence or else it all comes together in a mess. You planned every blow and positioned every sprite in its proper place. Let the audience actually get a glimpse of the work you've done instead of being overwhelmed by the lights and colors. Then give them a little time to soak it in.

heh..yeh it's supposed to be extremely fast paced. My intention was to make it as intense as possible, and avoid it from being "boring" in any way. By the way, the 2nd part of this movie will be submitted by next week or so, then part 3 a few days after....
