[A Random Pokemon Battle]

Good work...

The animation and graphics mimiced the Pokemon style nicely, and the movie played at a nice pace. The only problem is the sound. While everything was audible, I would have preferred that the Flash was uploaded with higher sound quality.

As close to the show as you can get...

I was a bit worried when I clicked on this Flash. I thought it was going to be a poor, pale imitation of Beavis and Butthead. Amazingly enough you did not just nail the style of the show, but got the sound as well. Great work.

The Most Effective Use of Wham! Ever!

Yes, I remember reading this story in high school and while I actually thought it was good, your Flash is an excellent. I actually thought a few more digs could have been taken at the story and its prose ("there sat upon my very heart an incubus of utterly causeless alarm" was a priceless line of text that could have been mocked), but then again the song "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" fit perfectly with this song.

You get an A in my book. Good work!

Nice use of sound...but that's it.

How in the world could you make a Flash with Link and forget the most important part -- his ears? The graphics were lackluster and the humor was next to none. You did use sound effectiely, though, so it save the movie from being totally worthless.

but i assume it means the it requires more effort or so.

Note that i been saying i am trying to improve.

and i think the graphics were fine.
however i am trying to get better...
and i think the humer was ok.

[TMNT: Turtle Power!]

A Disgrace to the 80's-90's TMNT Cartoon

I was suckered in by the title, and I thought this was going to be a nice tribute to the TMNT that I grew up watching. Instead, this piece features a bunch of static images tweened across the screen that barely resemble the turtles.

While I can understand not everyone can draw, if you can't make non-moving images that even resemble the Turtles, one should attempt an animation featuring these same figures. The worst part is not just that you got the colors mixed up, but the weapons as well.

Showing one turtle mounting another turtle in an attempt at humor only lowers the quality of this piece even further.

I give you a six for sound, but only because I love the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles theme. But this piece is lazily made, and it shows. No points for you.

A great idea...

What I love most about this Flash is that its not a game or a soundboard, but features a degree of interactivity most movies do not. It can last as long or as short as the user chooses. And forunately, I thought what was shown on TV hilarious. The graphics themselves were a little low in quality, but then again that was part of the style. The only downside is that I don't like Freddy himself. But I like the idea of a movie that actually goes into a menu instead of menus that take people into movies.

[The Fire Orb part1]

Not bad...but just barely passable

There's good and bad in this piece.

There's a story here, which is good,. Maybe a little cliched -- especially with the figure asking for power and being turned into or trapped into the orb -- but there is at least a sense that this was not random junk thrown together. While the actual graphics for people are, they at least move nicely. The sound quality is pretty good too.

But the bad areas are far more critical -- presentation and style. There were some parts where I thought the presentation was pretty good. I like the part with the overworld map. Still, it can't overcome the problem of using ill-fitting backgrounds for simplistic characters. Inconsistent fonts and other errors really bring down this piece.

Better than the movie!

While I thought The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy was a decent film, I have to admit I was expecting a lot more from it than what I saw. I did like the opening song, though, and I wish director had used this animated opening. This is simply fantastic. Well-animated, choreographed beautifully, this piece is amazing from concept to exection.
